United We Geek - Independent "GEEKS"
Franchise Owners Association
A group of Geeks on Call America franchisees are pleased to announce their intention to form an Independent Association of Geeks on Call Franchisees. The organization hopes to foster a mutually respectful and balanced relationship with its franchisor and engage in meaningful dialogue that will benefit the entire system.
Objectives for the Association are:
- To articulate and advocate the needs, interests and goals of its members in the context of a balanced, constructive, cooperative and mutually respectful relationship with their franchisor.
- To foster and promote the interests of those individuals and entities who are franchisees of Geeks on Call America.
- To protect and enhance the economic investments of its members
- To secure, preserve, analyze and distribute accurate and reliable information to its members
- To unite its members in a national, system-wide association to consider, agree and act in unison upon all matters affecting the activities and businesses of its members
- To advocate for the improvement of the legal, business and financial conditions relating to its members
Geeks on Call America is a wholly owned subsidiary of Geeks on Call Holdings (Ticker: GOCH), Inc. Geeks on Call America went public through a reverse merger earlier this year. United We Geek, the Independent Geeks on Call Franchise Owners Association is the first such association in the company’s 10 year history.
